The fields are fantastic but I can't go 65 because of the soft hairlines. 64+ - yes, beautiful coin. I love silver dollars with die cracks!

There is something about the lighting or photography on these coins that seems to be reducing the sharpness, as would be seen with an anti-dust filter or the like.

Overall, I think NGC would have said MS65. The horrible strike will keep it out of a 66 holder any time soon, IMO.
