The coin shows NO sign of a cleaning , I'm not liking the facial scratches and I believe some areas of reverse show minute traces of wear . AU-58 + .Tell me if I'm wrong .

I would start the technical grade at AU58, but there are some issues:
1. Scratches on face and neck of liberty which are on the most prominent device on the obverse. 2. Weak strike is apparent from the reverse shield where the vertical stripes on the shield are almost gone. Don't know if this is due to a weak strike, wear or both.
Net 53 or 55 here.

Slight wear on the high points, I'm saying AU-58 but I'm questionable on the surfaces, I kind of suspect that it has been cleaned before.

AU55 looks dipped to me as well.
