ms65 in spite of what may be rub on eagle's left wing, head and neck.

I don't see any scratches anywhere, just shallow scuffs and bag marks. I'd say PCGS gave this one an MS65. Beautiful coin!

Edit: personally, I think it's a 65, but I could see PCGS giving it a 66.

i think its boarderline 64/65 and could go either way. my first thought was 64
