looks polished - why is it so shiny?
obverse shield looks impaired with LIBERTY illegible.
obv shield with this level of detail corresponds to a f12 or f15 grade. rest of coin looks vf/xf.
long scratch to the right of liberty's left leg.

cluster of deep dings and scratches above left wing of eagle.
long scratch below leaf cluster. scratch follows outline of leaf cluster and does not appear accidental.

I don't see any evidence of cleaning from those lousy photos. Certainly not cleaning that would trigger a details grade. Take it out of the case and post new pics. Otherwise from what I see that coins is xf-40.

The gouges and scratches (damage) above the eagle's left wing are enough to detail this coin even though it's not severely damaged. It is probably worth $250 to $300 as-is.
