Where Is The Best Place To Purchase War Nickel Holders

Coin Wizard didn't have any at the FUN show this weekend. I've seen them on ebay and a few other websites. I'd like to buy at least 3 holders. Thank you in advance for any assistance. One came in a nice box with tissue wrap. I think that was the blue one and the other was black and it came in a plastic bag but I did get two extra screws with it. the blue was nice.
