I think it could have been cleaned too but I will hope it was overlooked by ANACS for you. Maybe those light marks in the field are from a polished die. But there's a whole area there that looks lightly worked over.
I think the strike is awesome and so is the color. If no cleaned details then I'll go MS65 as well.

I'm still learning to grade commems, but I'll guess 64, only because I think ANACS is a little more conservative.

Authentic. Right obverse fields have a lot of apparent hairlines .... hopeful not indicative of a wiping.

I'll go with MS64 details (cleaned)

I intend on cracking it out for the album. I believe it is 64. I think I made out well. Purchased for $165

Yes it's very nice. I agree it looks better than 63 from the images I can see. Glad it is determined to not be cleaned.
