That 1820 Capped Bust Half should have some decent value. Its a harder to find year and you coin appears to be at least high VF, maybe XF and has very nice eye appeal.

@NB44, yes quite a stash to work through! I recommend cross-posting that counter-stamped large cent here: http://goccf.com/t/126486That way, our own @exoguy will likely see it and give you some feedback.

ebay would certainly help. You wouldn't have to start a Store necessarily, but that may help, too. ebay will automatically track all of the metrics and you can revisit them later for purposes of determining who is owed what. Assuming you are a benefactor, your purchases of supplies (and maybe even time) should be considered.

Wow - I would love to have a large group like that of Walkers and Bens to hunt through for varieties.

I hope you put the 1820 half on ebay. You might have calculated this already, but for every $10 of 90% silver coins there's around $120 worth of silver.

Don't forget, Great Collections is a viable option for you as well. Contact them with your situation and ask what they can do. In terms of cost, this will be cheaper than ebay and a LOT less time involved for you.

Ok So how about this. I have to sort through the silver again pulling the years/mints and shinny ones tube by tube. Which ones can be sold independently, with those of significant over 30$ value going to Great Collections Raw to be graded and cosigned. The Under 30$, The Sets, Blue/brown Ikes and foreign silver to ebay. The clad qtrs and dimes to ebay in bulk? The reamining silver will be divided up.(Some of it will be sold, One sister is not one for clutter.) Might be able to swing some clad payment for Numismatic services rendered. Gonna Start with Mercury dimes this weekend also the Misc bin, stuff I couldn't figure out Have dollars done. Gonna bring some more local and the PC Cam. I had my email off sorry. Still kinda new to this.
