ms62bn due to extensive hairline scratches in the left obverse field. Some small marks on liberty's face as well.

NGC saw this as a 63. The dealer who sent this in bought the raw coin as a 65. he showed the coin to me before he sent it in. I told him I would buy it if it came back a 64 or less. We agreed on pricing at 64 and 63. First time I've bought a coin in this manner.
