Found these in my change. They are gorgeous. The nicest toned coins I have and I have alot of old coins! Do I got something here? Can't believe they are this toned for such a new coin. Anybody know why?

I wouldn't sell them for double their value! I think they look really cool. How can I tone more like this on some of the newer quarters?

I believe that left one is Dr. Pepper.

They are only worth face value.

The one on the left is either Dr. Pepper or Coca-Cola, and the one on the right is Ski or Mountain Dew.

@basspro, the beauty of toning is all in the eye of the beholder. If you like the toning on these two quarters, then absolutely put them into 2x2s and save them. With enough time and patience, you could likely find a combination of time, temperature, and chemical/soda pop to artificially tone other coins. However, I would stick to such preparations on coins with no numismatic value above face, because AT is generally looked down upon by the coin collection community.
