It looks to have XF sharpness but it has a couple of problems. Overall the coin does not exhibit normal wear, but looks like it was rubbed on a gritty surface. The right obverse field looks scratched intentionally in some sort of star pattern. I don't think this one would grade straight.

XF45, nice original crust. I think it will grade, but as numismatic student pointed out there is a scratch in the obverse field - that may 'grow' over time the more you look at it. Beautiful coin - you don't see many in this grade with original surfaces.
