Can you take a look at this 1978 Washington quarter. Looks like a DDO DDR Specifically on the DDO IGWT looks doubled and the ERT in liberty. On the reverse the word STATES and QUARTER look doubled. The head of the eagle and around the wings also look like it's bolded or has an EDGE around it. I'm hoping my pictures are clear enough for your opinion. Thank you

I don't see it. Closer pictures would be helpful.

I see raised metal along the tops of those letters (save image as, zoom in). I think this is called "die ejection doubling".

Appears to be small amount of Machine Doubling. Worn out dies.

It's hard to tell from such a small picture but I know of no DDO on '78 mint set quarters.

A closer shot from the NE would probably confirm ejection doubling.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

Tops of T, E, F, etc. I assume this is what OP is talking about.

This could be either a partial die fill with grease from a die wipe down, or vending machine damage. But neither is a premium for the coin. It is not a doubled die. Neither site lists a DDO or DDR quarter for this year.
