You guys are way too kind to this coin. It's an AG3, at best a G4.

I'm bad at spotting clashes. Even when you say it's there I can't find it. Where are you seeing it, more specifically?

The clash is under the indian's chin.
I agree that it is AG-3 with environmental damage

Your coin has mismatched die states. The obverse die is late die state, and the reverse die is middle die state. (Changing just one die at a time was common in the teens and twenties.) This complicates the grading.

On the obverse, LIBERTY, the eye, short feather, and ribbon show weakness from the worn die. This mimics circulation wear. The reverse shows details that suggest a higher grade. The lower horn is present. There are some hair details on the Buffalo's head and upper back. The tail is worn, but visible. The Buffalo's eye is fairly solid. The blurring on EPU comes from the die clash. (EPU and the area directly below the Indian's chin are opposite each other. The chin blurs UNUM and the lettering creates the comb below the chin.)

The reverse would grade G-6. The weak obverse strike knocks the coin down a notch to a net G-4 grade. There could be environmental damage or metal porosity from the metal supplier or annealing process or both.
