coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/31/2019 8:26 pm The biggest reason they were so unpopular were the fact it was often taken as a quarter, rather than a dollar. The sizes were very close in size. Thus the gold color coins are much more popular. You often get these in change in a parking garages. But so far they are not used that much. TNG Bedrock of the Community United States 10284 Posts	Posted 06/01/2019 12:06 am One thing about the business strike 1979 S SBA though, is it could not be found in a mint set like the P & D.
