Plucked from a shop's bin of unsorted material. I realize these are extremely common, but it was certainly in better shape than most I run across, so I was quite happy to acquire it at a "giveaway" price. I don't know what variety or die it may represent.
Variety PC-5B1 (From The Royal Mint with medal alignment). Unfortunately the pictures are not clear enough for me to determine the Courteau variety, as I don't notice any obvious markers or die cracks at first sight.
And yes, grade «VF-20» seems to me to be quite fair.
