VF Details ED This series gets a pass on a lot of problems, but the obverse most likely would not get a straight grade.

Great looking coin. I can see this straight grading but wouldn't pay full VF for this coin due to the porosity on the obverse.

Here is what PCGS said...photo stinks but holder is legible. I had it at VF30 so happy with the grade itself. I think it pulled ED due to some minor porosity around the profile

Panzaldi is my S-174 call correct? I am still not sure I get them right on Sheldon #'s yet, even after a few years of practice. So much to learn in the EAC area, I should have started there in my early days of collecting. back when I could really afford to play with them (late 1970's on). Imagine being able to buy 1794 in low grade for under $20 in lots too!
