Looks like a normal coin to me. Need closer images of what you are seeing. But the devices look normal size.

@na, a die clash would typically show on the flat fields of the coin as opposed to on the higher features (such as Abe's chin). This is because on the die, those features are sunk below the surface (incuse) and much less likely to contact the other die during a clash. If you use the search box in the upper left hand corner of your screen with the keywords PRISONER CENT, you'll see what a LMC die clash looks like.

For your coin, I'm seeing normal circulation dings and scratches.
