If you look next to the D mint mark you will see it and then just north of that right before date is where you can kind of see the bottom of possible number. What do you all think? Thanks again

@sg, that dark spot looks like surface discoloration. It doesn't appear proud above the surface of the coin, right?

It is raised but just barely. It looks like the eight right above it and has the heavier die chip looking thing completing the right in picture. Hmmmm

Just a little glob in the plating. Look at all the other bumps and blisters.

@Icutler thank you for your input and I would think that to but in this particular penny there aren't any zinc zits per say and I'm working on better pictures. The structure of the part that I'm questioning is to uniform and perfect for it to be zinc zits in my slowly opinion if anything I'm thinking maybe possible ghost lettering (I forget the actual term but I'll find it and post it here with examples) and if not that then prob something along the lines of when a coins reeded edge causes crenulations except in this case it didnt cause crenulations of any kind it more or less had the effect of silly putty on a newspaper if you will

@ OHN1 What is a dropped letter boss, I read somewhere and I'll post the link as soon as I find but it was kinda along those lines but I think they called it "ghost lettering" but I'm wondering if it wasnt ghost if it's what you said boss.

If a dropped letter (or number), that's one tiny letter (or number).

It appears to be a plating bubble - just a very tiny one and not round like we normally think of the word "bubble." Also likely Pareidolia.
