I just found a 1995-P cent with some very interesting raised marks near the rim.
I haven't been able to find anything like it. The closest thing I've found was in a BlueRidgeSilverhound YouTube video titled, Only One Example Of This Rare 1999 Lincoln Penny Error Exists! - Time To Find One!! He starts talking about it at 9:38

In the video he referred to a Mule Die Clash, which had similar raised portions near the rim. The pattern is similar and I haven't been able to find any other types of errors that would fit with this pattern.
What do you guys think? Have you seen something similar or have any thought to what might have caused this? Any information would be appreciated.
I'm not a Mr know it all however what I can tell you is it was struck at an angle onto another Lincoln Cent during minting it happens when the die becomes stuck to the die lifting it & then hitting the top coin yours in this instance at a downward angle into another Lincoln Cent in the process creating the design rim mule die clash if I'm mistaken. I've got 1 2 for a rare key date with a dual error
CoinH is wright, and the OP push for this stupid video. MULE? LOL Do the peoples know what the meaning of mule and coin strike? Those misinformation's video must be banned LOL. It is a shame, and we has to answer to those aberration's.
I don't think so. Mule die clashes are a legit thing. Maybe them being called "mule" isn't very technically precise but they're a legitimate and rare subcategory of die clashes.
