i have 2 Morgan silver dollars, 1880 and 1881, that have the word COPY stamped on the back next to the eagle. are they real coins?

No, they are definitely not genuine. "Copy" is meant to indicate replica coins legally. Compare your coins to pictures of real examples to see subtle differences that would tell you these are not genuine even if not stamped.

Not real silver dollars, although they might be silver..
See if there's any edge lettering.
