Hi all..just double checking to make sure my eyes are not playing tricks on me. Found in a roll of Dad's coins labeled "valuable"...pretty sure I see the initials on bottom reverse.   Is it worth getting graded or too much wear overall. Thanks everyone! Be well! |

Based on Bobby's photo, its looks real to me. I would start checking for 1856 Flying eagles, 1877 IHC and 16D dimes for a start. |

Thank you everyone...will take a few more pictures in a bit! He has a mish mass of old wheat pennies in rolls..at least he set the double eagles etc aside in 2x2s...lol

to the CCF ... and quite a coin to start with. I'm going to defer to the experts on authenticity. Looks to me suspicious as the reverse VDB appears to my eye larger than expected and shifted a slight bit to the left of centerline Just saying - and I can be completely wrong on my views Hope for you this is a genuine find from your father 'valuable' roll.
