1999 Truman Dime Date

A little out of my normal coin hunt. I have a 1999 Truman Dime obverse which has splits on the bottom of the 9's on the date. Took three pics different angles with same light and one with lights out (Ambiant light only). One of the bottom and one of the top of the coin to complete the picts.
Don't normally look at dimes but got this one in change. What do you think. Regards!

I'm thinking this is a Roosevelt dime.

It is a Roosevelt dime. The date looks like DDD and over polished dies.

@all, yes the splitting on the bottom of the nine seems to be die degeneration doublng.
