Date is 1941, the '1' is very nearly, but not quite, invisible, due to a Grease Filled Die.

While there aren't mountains of wheat cents having a 'lost' date digit (last digit), they aren't uncommon either. Can be the result of a greased filled die or damage inflicted by a vintage coin operated vending machine.

The difference between the two? Note how the devices are pushed away from the damaging coin wrapper? On a Struck Through Grease the devices will be shorter and wider in size. On a polished die issue, the devices be shorter, but smaller in size. CoopHome : How to tell the differences between device damage/device filled with grease, polished field reduction.

If you want us to see a small detail, you have to show us your coin close up. As mentioned, cropping and proper orientation would help too.
