I'd go MS63 shot 64 based on the images. The obverse has an unfortunate scratch that might and been from a staple and could cause it to drop into UNC Details - Scratched. Other than that it has the good color, luster and eye appeal of a Choice Mint State piece.

Can't really tell how prominent the scratches are that BH pointed out. I'll go with MS63. Without those it would be an easy 64/65. Looking at it more, I can see MS64. Gold

I'd say 65 if the grader was having a good day, 64 otherwise. Beautiful coin I'd love to have regardless what PCGS calls it :D

they are more lenient on gold pieces. MS65
(EDITED) after closer inspection it appears that luster may be broken on both sides. reduced to MS64

I am at 63, but would not be surprised if PCGS graded it 64.

Really need more in focus images to tell for sure but I'm in agreement with most here, lots of luster MS63 with a good shot at MS64 depending on the marks on the cheek.
EDIT: (before reveal) "Lost to Lots" DOH!

with most of the above comments. Nice looking coin, eye appealing to me, even with the scratch, 64-65

I'm at either 64 or 61. There looks to be hairlining on both sides of the coin that could indicate a light, market acceptable, cleaning
Edit: After looking a bit more, I'm coming down to PCGS gave it MS64, but it should be UNC Details Cleaned

Looks nice - some chatter and light scratches but nothing excessive - MS64

I see the scratches others are referring to. I don't think it would detail this coin but I bet it drops it to an MS-63

Scratches are on the coin or the slab? If on the coin, I say MS63, if on the slab, MS65.
