It pulled up the left hand portionand Now it's a dull tone lol also the back started doing doing same thing..

Sorry to say not a lamination error. Looks more like tape or some kind of clear residue left on the obverse. Try soaking it in water should remove it..Only worth face value (unless it has a rpm)
I would also say acetone soak, but please learn about the precautions first

Might be a type of epoxy, and acetone will not remove that.

If nothing else, its a coin you can experiment on using 'conservation' methods. A last resort could be to use a white pencil eraser on the surface--but only after all else has failed. Emphasis is on experimentation. Not a lamination error in my opinion.

Oh I already knew it was worthless.. I just posted bc I saw the same thing on 3 coins.. 2 penny and a Nickle.. so made me wonder whats going on

Or solder. Note the reverse? It looks like that area was heated. The weight of the coin will be heavy if anything that was not a mint error, would make the coin over weight. Now being a damaged coin.
