Will your grading match NGC or have the grading standards changed over the last few years? Been sitting on this one for about 10 years.

the 1896(P) sharps should be sharp and bold. there is a little weakness in strike particularly on the eagle breast. there are few pock marks on the cheek and possible pitting on the obverse die itself around the date area and K3-K4. I think it slabbed at MS64 but I have it at MS63 due to the issues noted and the blotchy toning.

62 ish. - Obverse is not attractive to me, distracting chatter and hits, reverse is more attractive to me for a 62 .

Not a fan of the surfaces, I'd say MS-62.

I see the coin as a slider 58 to 62. I am going to take the 58 as there are signs of circulation rub.

Looks like this Morgan has original surfaces and a good strike. Luster looks OK but not exceptional. The various small hits are fairly distracting and should limit the grade to MS-63.

MS63 is most likely what they said, it's a MS61/62 coin with some nice color (for now) that probably bumped it to MS63.
I think in time it will turn not so nice in color, I have a few that used to look similar and are now dark brown with no more color showing.

that pitting most likely is due to die defects
