I lean towards AU-58 due to traces of wear with broken luster in the hair.

The TPGs are pretty lenient on high-point rub on double eagles. I think it could grade MS-61.

ICCS (in Canada) graded it as MS60, but it looks more like a 62 or 63 to these unprofessional eyes.
