Hello Guy's I have this 1994 D Roosevelt dime that may be missing clad on obverse side reverse looks normal.. Here are some pictures also along side of a regular dime as well (the arrows point to the dime I question). Can you guys help me with this, remember I'm learning so I have to say I also have doubts because it does not appear to be thinner than the regular one. Thanks in advance for you help guy's

If it was missing the cladding, it would show the copper core.
Just some sort of discolouration.

Yes looks like surface discoloration to me too. You could confirm that the weight is within mint specs to convince yourself though.

I do not see clad missing due to the mint process. Could miss a little bit on rims due to the circulation. Spender.

Discolored, possibly exposed to some type of acid. Nothing special, a missing clad layer looks bright and coppery.

Sorry about the original and then deleted reply (if you happened to see them.)

This coin looks discolored slightly. If it were a missing clad strike, one side would have been bright and shiny like a new cent. It would also show weakness on both sides due to the thin, underweight planchet.

Here's a Roosevelt missing the obverse clad. Note the weak details on both sides of the coin.
