Hi All,

I think this is a partial collar error. What do you all think?

Thanks,

-GB

Yep that is where I am with this coin too. Not a mint error.

If you have one of these Encased Coins in the holder, leave them there.

They have more value in the holder, and after removal seeing the damage on the rim. So don't remove the coin, no matter how good if looks in the holder. Out of the holder, it will be just a damaged coin.

Thanks every, and @coop for the added photos. When I read " Encased Coin" I immediately thought the plastic holders and wondered how the heck that could happen. But the photo you showed makes more sense. Thanks! -GB
