Here it clearly looks like a double to me, especially when looking at the "8" you can see almost two complete 8's on top of each other. There are also signs on the "9" and "D". I could use advice on this please.

Yes, classic zinc Lincoln Die Deterioration Doubling. Drop it a 2x2 as a nice reference piece.

Plating disturbance doubling is a fun possibility.

Note on the coin the other devices around the coin could be showing the same thing in the direction of the closest rim. Just die wear, no premium for these. as much as 50% of the coins can look like that as the die ages. So if something is common, it is not a premium.
