That is a very nice die crack. For die clashes, best is to use an overlay to see what lines up. Well done.

Looks like this die is getting very tired. Probably started with a feeder finger issue, then polished. Because of the polishing, the die crack started happening and it is headed on it way to retirement.

I'd give it a quick bath in Acetone and house in a 2x2. Not worth slabbing I think.

1. Never clean coins. 100% pure acetone or distilled water are the only two exceptions.

2. I don't see any evidence of a clash (at least with these rather low quality pictures), but it is a very nice die crack and worth saving imo.

3. Definitely not worth sending to a third party grader. Maybe worth a couple bucks for the die crack, but a coin should be worth at least ~$150 before it merits grading as a general rule of thumb.

No need to clean and grade a face value coin. Well not to me away.

Here's a Photoshop die clash overlay for the Roosevelt dime. It shows where to expect die clash marks on a coin. Note that die clash marks can (and DO) vary in location due to Misaligned Dies and rotation.
