I was wondering if anyone has ordered any coins through the mint's direct ship program. If so, what president and what mint mark did you receive?

I've been ordering them all so far. They're great for racking up frequent flyer miles on my credit card.

Have you gotten a mix of P/D in the boxes or have they been all one mint mark (I ordered TJ and GW and got all D for both of them)

What box? The 10 rolls box or the entire shipment box?
For my last order, my Jeffs were all from D and my Madisons were all P.

I have Ordered 7 boxes -1 of each except Van Buren. Each box has been all 1 mint mark. My Washington's were "D" all others "P"
Just wish there was some way to tell without opening.

I just ordered my first box. Hope it will be a mix of P & D mints, but I doubt it. Will let you know when I get them...

All the rolls say is the president's name on them. Unfortunately, they do not say which mint mark. Did anyone order the Native American dollars from the direct ship program? If so, have you received them yet? |

ordered them a week plus ago...the mint indicates that they were shipped 1-13...no coins yet. And I am also hoping for mixed mints..but not holding out to much hope.  |

If you want both P&D rolls of the Native American and Presidential dollars, you have to go to the 'Bags and Rolls' section on the Mints site, and click on the ones you want from there. They are $35.95 per roll. The Kennedy half dollars come in sets of P&D for $32.95. I've always ordered these coins separately. Just about everything else I get is on 'auto ship', and haven't had any problems yet. |

oshelt what day did you actually purchase them. I bought mine January 6 and the mint has not sent me an email saying they have been shipped.

You can actually get free money from direct ship rolls. If you purchase them through a credit card that has a cashback program you can order them for less than face value. Some cards give up to 5% back and since you can buy rolls for face value without shipping costs thats 5% in your pocket!

-XoG Guy at my office just opened a new credit card with $20K limit for just this purpose: 1. Order coins 2. Receive coins 3. Deposit coins in bank 4. Transfer $$ to savings account 5. Pay credit card bill at end of month from savings acct 6. Receive cash back from CC 7. Receive interest on savings acct 8. Profit Lather, rinse, repeat. Trip report in a month or so. |
