The reverse pictures are Of e plurbus unum . Is this a different type of DDR thanks for sharing

The D mm is caused by a broken post. Not uncommon with D and P mm.
Also not a DDR, it is just a deteriorating die.

Yes, broken post (smoothed through much circulation) and Die Deterioration (and a bit more smoothing).

Reverse is from a normal die. The devices are normal in size.

The post makes the inside of a closed device. so when it breaks off, it can be slowly or quickly. If the bottom of the die is affected, then the center area will rise above the top of the device.
