Looks like there is an impression in the bottom of the struck through. A machine cog or gear? There are several smaller struck through areas on the reverse. All grease related? Thanks for looking.

Here is an overlay to show where the fields would be pushed outwards if this were damage on the coin:

It might be damage. You have the coin in hand, is that reverse affected on that area with a slight push out? The columns and the right planter appear flattened on that area?

@coin, it seems most likely to me that there is a little bit of damage at the bottom of that cool planchet flaw/strike through.

No signs of PMD on the reverse Coop.

Nice die chip on #12 and another struck through.

looks like a struck through. I'm not seeing and pushed out damage on the reverse, if the dent on the obverse was PMD.
