It appears more to be misaligned dies.

I agree with TNG on this one. In a nutshell so to speak, a misaligned die or MAD as it is known, will affect one side of the coin, usually the obverse. An off center strike will noticeable affect both sides of the coin.

Both sides appear to be off center in my opinion.

Looks more like a tilted die.

Plenty of rim visible all the way around the coin on both obverse and reverse and that "second rim" on the left hand side of the coin (both sides) suggests possibly both dies were slightly tilted.
