What is this? Die Deterioration? Over greased? I have seen the reverse talked about before but not the obverse under his chin.

Wow.. coop this is so cool.. makes me wonder why an app could not ge made.. scans the coin and checks 100 locations on each side looking for anomalies.. then the coin/ error can be flagged for inspection.. or is that cheating?
