I'll guess AU53 but the deep scratches through the right wing might detail it. Either way, it is a bullion coin valued almost entirely on its gold content.

AU53 for me at first but the reverse brings it up to AU55 So I go AU55

53 seems fair. The scratches don't seem bad enough to detail-grade the coin. As stated, the value is mostly due to gold content and the exact grade shouldn't affect the price much.

Oh, now that I can see the whole picture, I'll go AU50  PS: That is a very nice AU coin for sure! No distractions at all. I think it might be under graded personally.
