I am beyond baffled. I just returned to the US and wanted to get some rolls, but the banks were closed because it was Sunday. So I visited a Publix in my area and got about 10 rolls of cents. Well...it's currently about 5:30 AM, been up because of jetlag. I decided to break out my first roll and I found one Wheat cent that I decided I would save till I was done with the roll. While looking through the roll, I was thinking how ridiculous if I pulled a Cud of any type out of the rolls (I've always wanted to), and shook the thought off. Well, I turned that Wheat cent around and here we are: Edited by SilverCents 12/20/2021 05:45 am

Nice large one at that. Too bad about the condition though. Still 2x2 worthy. John1

Thank you all very much! I know it might seem like a more minor thing and not a big deal, but it's the first major Retained Cud that I've found. There's just something real special with finding stuff like this yourself. Haha CH4 I've rarely had it happen to me, but when it does, it's a great feeling! Thanks MC! It feels great to be back, even only temporarily.

You might be able to find an attribution number for it on the Cud site John1

Very nice! One of the larger ones with great eye appeal. And yes, it's 34R as CH27 notes, and shows even better detail than the plate coin.
And welcome home. Good to have you back.
