So this another coin given to me by the paw in law! My only Morgan so far! Seems to be in pretty good shape, other than whatever that is on the rim at the top of the reverse.

if you a speaking about the Rim at K12, the outside rim appears to be flat which would infer that its a rim hit rather than a Cud. would need a side shot to determine however that is a possibility as the opposite side does not appear to be affected

Man I wish I'd seen this before I left home! I'll get some pics posted as soon as I get back! The damage, to my novice eyes, looked funny, I thought! For rest of coin to look pretty good (again in my eyes) every where else, the dings in this looked to smooth and uniform, not like it was dropped or hit
