There were no proofs made in 1935. Also note the later die state. This would not be seen in proofs given the lower mintage. Dies we're not used long enough to shows this extent of deterioration.
I do not see a DDO or DDR. What I do see is Die Deterioration Doubling and a bit of MD. Neither of which carry a premium and both are relatively common to see in Buffalo nickels, especially Die Deterioration Doubling in LDS examples.
Regardless, it's looks to be a nice example. Keep hunting, they're out there.
