A recent CRH find and of course it has zinc rot and horrible staining. Oh well, still a find and encouraging. I found a 1998 WAM rotted too around the same time. The doubling is seen on the lower bust as well as date. 1989-D DDO-001

Congrats on the find. As others have said, not an easy one to come across.

Very nice find, congrats! That's the modern coin version of the paddle 9 in the 40's.
