Die wear is seen on the areas between the outside edge of the devices towards the rim direction. Note on your coin that is what you are seeing. DDD is on the devices from the single squeeze process that affect the fields between the devices and the rim. Your coin is not from the single squeeze die process. So that is what you are seeing from the outside edges of the devices towards the rim. Eventually it affects all of the devices and they actually more towards the rims:

The flow lines and die wear are like a senior that has wrinkles. They just happen as aging happens. A doubled die is created on the dies. It is on the die. A doubled die can also show extreme die wear, but the die wear doesn't create a doubled die. The die was created with the hub doubling on the die, thus the term "Doubled Die". Not created by die wear or Machine Doubling. Always on the die from coin #1 struck with that die. And a doubled die can suffer from Machine Doubling and die wear, but neither of these striking issues, striking/die wearing creates a doubled die. A doubled die is on the die. Normal dies create normal coins. Striking and die wear happens on them. An again, they do not create a doubled die.
