Looks like the obverse is double struck obverse. Show the reverse, they should also so the same thing on your coin. Not a doubled die, but a double struck coin. The difference? There will only be one example of this. On a doubled die there could be several hundred thousands of these.

Wow! That is cool! Doesn't look like a DDO but I'm no expert.

Sure that is the reverse of the other coin posted? It should be showing a double strike like the obverse side? Make sure to include the whole coin edges of the coin. That way I can make side by sides to compare it with. Also I need to see the outside edges of the reeds. If might be a partial collar coin. The reeds will be out of alignment edge? This could be a double strike on the obverse with the reverse unaffected because of the not being in the collar correctly. But need some better images to see what is going on with your coin.

Coop Why isn't the top half doubled? If it was double struck. There is something going on with the top half of the rev.

As mentioned it might have been a partial collar. The angle was different on part of the strike, then forced into the collar. leaving on side of the coin looking different. Thus the request for images of the edges.

Thus my advancing questions and update information. Check the reeds on the edges first now.

The obverse was struck by a false die while the reverse rested on a firm, but somewhat giving material. The soft, blended overlap between secondary and primary design elements is characteristic of a coin struck a second time by a false die composed of a relatively soft metal. The reverse shows some warping and surface irregularities, which is another red flag.

These are the best I can get right now without another camera. The collar doubled and a little rounded down under the year. You can actually see some of the year doubled on top of the collar on the obverse.
