No DDO or DDR that I can see.
What specific area do you think it is doubling?

The obverse--1992 primarily--appears to show Die Deterioration Doubling. Die Deterioration Doubling apparent on the reverse, too. Not detecting DDO or DDR.

Overall a pretty normal-looking coin.

Note the tops of cents. That looks like Machine Doubling slight push. The bottoms of the devices towards the rim direction on both sides of the coin is DDD, Die Deterioration Doubling. (aways in the direction of the closest rim and on the fields, not on the devices)

Just not as strong as these devices on your coin. This is progressive. It is the first stage of the process.
