Hard to tell from the pix posted, but it's likely Machine Doubling, a fairly common occurrence.

Way too much glare and reflection to say what you have.
Adjust your light source.

Really do need full, large and sharp images with less glare.

OK, first off in focus images are a HUGE help to us to help you. the pixilation of your images is not helping to see details with any clarity. and less glare if you can.
for now, I'm saying that you are seeing Machine Doubling.

Up close and more cleaner images would help.
Now as good MD that's actually not seen as much on shields as we think.
I see it thrown around a lot just to describe what is being seen very ubiquitously and calling it a day.
The "md" being seen most likely reflection doubling and also some Die Deterioration.
Here's a good example of MD on a 2018 VERY different then when I see non doubled shield being called MD when it really isn't. You can see that extra metal there like a step it's raised extra metal if u felt it. The ops original if md would be crazy actually from that far away and not that easily seen. You can see it really well on the 8 there going south west.

Anywho extra thickness distortion and spread like the devices are bing pulled one way or the other is what to look for on shield cents for doubled dies.
