The images posted are just a tad too soft and contrasty to offer an accurate grade--for me anyway. Looks like a nice coin.

Difficult to guess a grade based on these photos.

AU Details, scratched or damaged was my first thought. That arcing scratch goes from L through the bust and out through TRVST. I suppose it's possible they didn't notice, or it got a pass.

Nice luster, but I'd say MS-63 for the overall level of bag marks. That looks like a die crack on the left obverse, not a scratch.

Yeah kbbpll, I'm in with the die crack crowd here; very common to have those in that same location, and a few have die breaks within that area. The feature at the RV of trvst looks a scratch to me... Probably a weak strike making it look AU, and MS-63 looks right to me also.

I'm in with MS62, perhaps 62+ given the posted pics.

I'm at AU58 on this one.

it could be the lighting but to me the luster is not what it should be for an MS coin

Definitely some marks on the holder that are hard to differentiate. Will go with MS-63

I would evaluate at AU58. Some odd discoloration and dings on the neck as well.

Nice coin!
Did you buy it slabbed already or submit it yourself?

Bought it slabbed locally but only paid "P" price not "S"! Definitely a die crack and not a scratch. Booming luster, bright white coin.was hoping to squeeze a 4 but as most of you said NGC graded it a 63.
