Taking a picture of a microscope screen introduces horizontal lines into the picture (raster lines). Those lines hide important details. If you scope is stand alone, it should have a memory card slot to store pics and then transfer them to the computer and post the. I am trying and still learning, even the microscope its still new to me and when I've tried my phone and crop it it comes out blurry in the section I'm trying to show. I'll have to hunt down a cable and see if I can do it through my computer. Thanks for thar tip! Appreciate all the feedback. Newbie learning here :) Report this Post to the Staff

That doesn't happen with MD. I saw the same thing as Spence with the verticals being significantly thicker than the tops on the T's of TRUST. Blurry couldn't hide that thickness. Newbielearning, now check all three reference sites and find the attribution number for it so you can label it correctly and train your eyes to see what a true doubled die looks like.
