Anthony , why do you think this coin is in beautiful shape ? Don't want to burst your bubble but it's in pretty bad shape . A mid-grade circulated Lincoln Memorial but lots of small hits . No eye appeal

While the coin appears to have some original luster/color, it does show overall circulation wear--along with rubs/dings/hits. Could serve as a good album hole filler until better comes along.

I'll say EF-45, perhaps AU. Pretty much a spender to me.

So many hits and dings...not in good shape. Shiny maybe, but shiny does not mean a coin is in good shape.

Neglected to indicate my estimated grade... I'll go with XF43. I have a good number of early 60s cents with a similar look (luster/tone), gathered over many years. As such, I suspect it hasn't been cleaned.

i think the OP may be quite green when it comes to grading. lets take it a little easy on him. I'm sure he's looking at this as a coin thats 60 years old and saying its very shiny for being that old so it must be good. this is very typical of someone not versed in numismatics.

Anthonycoinman87, shiny does not mean you have a good coin. there were millions of these coins minted and all the marks across the coin leans towards to coin being cleaned by someone to shine it up. although its only worth 1C you presented decent photos to review your coin.
