2013 P Roosevelt dime. I was hoping I found one with an occluded gas bubble but the more posts I've read I think it's just heat damage? Opinions? :)

An occulated gas bubble only appears on coins that are solid metal such
as a pre 1982 cent that is solid copper.
As the dime is clad it is caused by heat damage so you are right in your assessment.
