1970 S 1c Proof With Machine Doubling I Assume? Also, Confirm Large Date?

I feel that there is definitely MD here but wondering if it is a doubled die too? Very odd looking and some of the proof doubled dies have a peculiar look anyway. Looks like Machine Doubling for sure on the date. are, but still wondering on the rest of the devices if it was from a doubled die, that suffered Machine Doubling also?
