I am new to the community.

I have a circulated 1965 Roosevelt dime with no mint mark. I am wondering if the following count as errors?

Front:
-The top of the letters in "Liberty" are affected.
-The "In" and the "We" are all but gone.

Back:
-the tops of the letters of "United States of" are affected.

To my novice eyes it looks like severe wearing caused by circulation. But, on both sides? Also, the "In" and "We" are missing but the edge is still raised which compels me to ask this community.

Any value added if these are errors?

Thank you for any opinion.

Could be Struck Through Grease. Any premium for a minor " Greaser" is typically small, but a nice find nonetheless. Others may weigh in.

I highly suggest buying a Red Book. You will have a reference in hand that will show you which coins of all US denominations were made with the various (or without any) mint marks. If you don't want to put out for full price, buy a slightly older one for cheap on ebay.

No 1965, '66, or '67 coins had mint marks.

possible Grease Filled Die around the rim areas.
All coins of all denominations in 1965, 66, and 67 did not have any mint marks regardless of which mint they came from. This was done to hopefully prevent hoarding of coins.

If the devices are shorter, then it could be vending machine damage to the coin. Back then a lot of dimes went into soda machines to buy a can or bottle of soda back then. In this condition, there is nothing to be a premium on this coin. Die events, striking events and circulation makes this coin pretty well spent. (pun)

to the CCF!

The rims seem too weak for this to be a Struck Through Grease error. The rims are usually deep and sharp on a Grease Filled Die strike. It looks more like an Abnormal or Inadequate Upset on the planchet may be responsible for the weakness of the devices on this coin. The shape of the die didn't match the surface of the planchet as intended.
